The Store in RISE allows you to showcase products or services and receive orders directly from clients or public visitors through a dedicated online portal.

To start using the Store in RISE, follow these steps:

Enable the Order Module

• Go to: Settings > App Settings > Modules
• Check mark the Order option to activate the module.

Allow clients to access the store

• After enabling the module, grant store access to clients:
• Settings > Client Permissions
• Check mark: Client can access store?

Allow public visitors to access the store

• If you want to make the store visible to visitors before login:
• Settings > Sales & Prospects > Store Settings
• Check mark: Visitors can see store before login

This setup allows both clients and public users (if enabled) to browse and place orders through your store.
