In the RISE, you can control all notifications. Define who'll get which notifications. 

There are 2 kinds of notifications.

1. Web: It'll show the onscreen notifications and bell icon on the top right corner. 

2. Email: It'll send email to the user's email address. 

If you want to see push notifications for the web notifications, please enable the Pusher integration from Settings>App settings>Integrations>Pusher. 

In addition, you can enable the Slack notifications also. Once you enable the Slack integration, there will be another column in the Notification settings page to enable any notification for slack.
