You can customize the left menu from Settings>App settings>Left menu. 

• 1. Simply drag and drop the menu items to change the orders. 
• 2. Mouse over on the menu items to get the option to make the item as submenu or main menu. 
• 3. Click on the Add menu item button for new menu items. 

Above settings will change the left menu of all admin/team members. 

• To customize the left menu for personal use only, please change the left menu settings from the My profile>My Left menu. 
• To customize the left menu for client portal, please change the left menu settings from Settings>Client portal>Left menu.
