In RISE, you can automate the process of sending recurring invoices to your clients. This helps ensure timely billing and reduces manual work.

To automatically send recurring invoices via email when they are generated, go to Settings > App Settings > Notification Settings.

Find the event "Recurring invoice created via Cron Job."

• Enable the Email notification.
• Under Notify to, choose one of the following:
  • Primary contact of client
  • All contacts of client 

Once enabled, every time a recurring invoice is created via the cron job, the system will automatically email the invoice to the selected client contacts.

If the notification setting is not enabled, the generated invoice will remain in Draft status, and you will need to send it manually.
