Google reCAPTCHA helps protect your RISE CRM login, signup, and public forms from spam and automated abuse. Follow these steps to enable and configure it.

1. Get reCAPTCHA API Keys from Google

1. Go to the Google reCAPTCHA Admin Console.

2. Click + Create.

3. Enter a label (e.g., RISE CRM).

4. Select reCAPTCHA v2 (“I’m not a robot” checkbox) or V3. 

5. Add your domain/subdomain name. Example: example.com

6. Accept the reCAPTCHA Terms of Service.

7. Click Submit.

8. Copy the generated:

    • Site Key

    • Secret Key

2. Configure reCAPTCHA in RISE

1. Go to the Settings > App Settings > Integration > reCAPTCHA tab

2. Select the reCAPTCHA Protocol.

3. Paste the Site Key and Secret Key.

4. Save. 

5. Please don't sign out before testing. Open another browser or incognito mode in your browser to test. 

3. Test the reCAPTCHA

1. Visit your site and check the RISE login page. 

2. Try to signin. If you can see the reCAPTCHA there and signin to your dashboard, then OK.
