In RISE, you can create multiple teams and assign several members to each team.
To create a new team, please go to Settings>Access permission>Team.
Teams in RISE can be used in various places to assign or share items. Instead of selecting members one by one, you can simply select a team — and it will automatically include all its members.
Teams make it easier to manage access and collaboration across the platform. Here are some key areas where you can apply teams:
- Role Permissions: When assigning permissions to a role, you’ll find the option to apply them to teams in various sections.
- Events: In the event calendar, you can share events directly with a team, making sure all members are informed without selecting individuals manually.
- Notifications: Some notifications in RISE allow you to assign them to teams. Please check the Settings>App settings>Notification settings.
- File Manager: You can share folders with an entire team, giving all members access to the same folder quickly and easily.
