You can customize all email templates from Settings>App settings>Email templates. 

• To add email templates for different language, please use the plus button from the top right corner.
• The default template will be used for your selected language which is set in the localization language. 
• If you would like to change the style and change the email template code, please click on the Code icon </> on the tools bar. 
• Find the available variables on the bottom of the email templates. 
• You can revert your changes anytime and go back to the system default email by clicking on the Restore to default button. 

Change the email signature:

• To change the email signature/footer, please check the Email Templates>Common>Signature template.
