You can add unlimited features in RISE by adding plugins. Please check the Settings>Plugins page to install new plugins. 

For testing, you can download the Demo plugin from GitHub and install it. If it installs and activates successfully, it confirms that the plugin installation system is working correctly.

If you experience any issues while uploading or installing a custom plugin, please check its file structure. The ZIP file should contain only a single root folder, and that folder should contain the index.php file along with the rest of the plugin files. You can use the demo plugin as a reference for the correct folder structure.

There are several third-party plugins available on CodeCanyon, and you can also develop your own. To create new plugins, please refer to the documentation.
